According to Georgian mythology, Ocho is a protector of forest and wild animals. That's why Georgian Natural winemakers decided to name their family winery after him. On Ocho's labels you can see precious animals from Georgian fauna, which are close to extinction. While drinking this natural wine made in an archaic way, they want you to  ask yourself a question. Who are you, how do you feel, why you are here and etc. 

Ocho wines are solely made in Qvevri (s), in line with the ancient Georgian traditional method, with the involvement of solely natural yeasts in the fermentation..
