მარშრუტი იწყება კურორტ ბახმაროში და სამანქანო გრუნტის გზის მეშვეობით მიემართება სოფელ ღორჯომისკენ. მისი საწყისი მონაკვეთი ბახმარო - ზოტიყელის დამაკავშირებელ მონაკვეთზე გადის. ზოტიყელი აჭარიდან ამოსულ მესაქონლეთა საზაფხულო დასახლებაა, საიდანაც მარშრუტი ჭიდილას უღელტეხილისკენ მიემართება (ზ.დ 2372 მ), სერპანტინების მეშვეობით უღელტეხილზე ადის და სამანქანო გრუნტის გზით ადგილ კიკიბოსთან მიდის. კიკიბოდან მარშრუტი სუბალპურ ზონაში მიმავალ სამანქანო გრუნტის გზას მიუყვება, რომელიც თანდათანობით ჯერ წიწვოვანი ტყეების ზონაში, ხოლო შემდგომ შერეული ტყეების ზონაში ჩამოდის. აღნიშნულ მონაკვეთში სიმაღლის ცვალებადობა დაახლოებით 1000 მ-ს შეადგენს და ძირითადად თავდაღმართს მიუყვება. პირველი მუდმივად დასახლებული პუნქტი რომელშიც მარშრუტი შედის სოფელი გორგაძეებია. გორგაძეებიდან მალევე სასოფლო გრუნტის გზით მარშრუტი სოფელ ღორჯომის ცენტრში ჩადის და აქვე სრულდება.

The route starts in the resort Bakhmaro and goes to the village Ghorjomi through the driving road. Its initial part runs through the Bakhmaro-Zotikeli connecting section. Zotikeli is a summer settlement of cattle breeders from Adjara, from where the route goes to the Tchidila pass (2372 m. asl), climbs the pass through serpentines and goes to Kikibo by automobile road. From Kikibo, the route first follows the automobile road to the subalpine zone, which gradually descends into the coniferous forest zone and then into the mixed forest zone. The variability in altitude in this section is about 1000 m and mostly follows the uphill. The first permanently inhabited point in which the route enters is the village Gorgadzeebi. Soon after the Gorgadzeebi, the route enters the center of the village of Ghorjomi through the agricultural dirt road and ends there.
