მარშრუტი იწყება კურორტ ბახმაროდან და სამანქანო გრუნტის გზის მეშვეობით მიემართება კურორტ გომისმთისკენ. მარშრუტის საწყისი მონაკვეთი ბახმარო - ზოტიყელის დამაკავშირებელ მონაკვეთზე გადის. ზოტიყელი აჭარიდან ამოსულ მესაქონლეთა საზაფხულო დასახლებაა, საიდანაც მარშრუტი ჭიდილას უღელტეხილისკენ მიემართება (ზ.დ 2372 მ), სერპანტინების მეშვეობით უღელტეხილზე ადის და სამანქანო გრუნტის გზით ადგილ მერიაყელამდე მიდის. ადგილი მერიაყელიდან მარშრუტი მიემართება დასავლეთით და გზად გაივლის კიდევ ერთ სეზონურ დასახლება მგლისსაწოლს. აქ შეგიძლიათ შეივსოთ სასმელი წყლის მარაგი და მარშრუტი განაგრძოთ ტბა ჭინჭაოს მიმართულებით, რომელიც დასახლებიდან დაახლოებით 1 საათის სავალ გზაზე მდებარეობს. ჭინჭაოს ტბიდან მარშრუტი სამანქანო გრუნტის გზას მიუყვება. აღნიშნულ მონაკვეთზე მცირე დახრილობის აღმართი და დაღმართი ერთმანეთს ენაცვლება და მარშრუტი საბოლოოდ კურორტ გომისმთის ცენტრში სრულდება.

The route starts from the resort Bakhmaro and continues via automobile dirt-road to Gomismta resort. The initial section of the route runs through the Bakhmaro-Zotikeli connecting section. Zotikeli is a summer settlement of cattle breeders from Adjara, from where the route goes to the Tchidila Pass (2372 m above sea level), climbs the pass through serpentines and reaches the place of Meriakeli by the automobile dirt-road. The route from Meriakeli continues to the west and passes through another seasonal settlement “Mglissatsoli” on the way. Here you can replenish your drinking water supply and continue the route to lake Tchintchao, which is about 1 hour away from the settlement. From Tchintchao Lake, the route continues with an automobile dirt-road. The ascent and descent of the small slope alter on this section, and the route eventually ends in the center of the resort Gomismta.
