Qartuli Is A Georgian Restaurant In Dubai

Qartuli is a hidden gem in the heart of Dunya Tower in Downtown Dubai that was launched in February. Offering a cosy setting with a 130-year-old carpet that has been brought all the way from a Georgian museum, the eatery has just the right touch of history. However, besides being a fairly new place in Dubai, what sets this place apart is the opportunity to experience the rich Georgian culture. So, while you appreciate how the restaurant has brought Georgian culture alive in its comforting space, you will certainly want to make room for the array of toothsome dishes that are offered at the restaurant. These include flavoursome options, such as Ajapsandali and Eggplant Roll.

A Month Filled With A Rich Cultural Experience

They have curated a calendar that’s complete with culinary and cultural experiences. This includes Georgian Festival Weekend, traditional Supra, and live music, to name some. In fact, they are also offering something special during the Georgian Festival Weekend. Yes, there will be a dedicated space where guests will be able to taste and purchase authentic Georgian cheeses, grape, and more.

But the star of the calendar has to be Supra, which is a traditional Georgian feast. Featuring a 13-metre-long supra table, this will include live cooking stations that will be serving dishes, like Khinkali and Sulguni. Not to mention, once you’re done eating to your heart’s content, don’t forget to dive into their decadent desserts, like Churchkhela and Pelamushi.
