I have 8 Nukis and I’m currently experiencing strange behavior.
It started after Silvester at 3am when the KeyPad always locked the door instead of unlocking it. See the screenshot.
And today another Nuki did not react at the attempt to open it with the KeyPad and was not reachable via bridge and bluetooth. After opening the door with the key, I found the Nuki with the motor powered. Suddenly it turned and seemed to be ok. I changed the batteries but after that it was completely dad and not working at all…
That makes me really concerned about the reliability and I hope that there is a good explanation about that.
What is going on?!?
