Which login is needed for Docker shared drives?

Hi There,

Which login is needed for Docker shared drives?
I tried to use windows login but it didn’t work.

I am confused about which login I needed.
Is the username the Windows User?

This is the correct login. If it doesn’t work it is possible that your firewall blocks the Docker network (declares the network as public or something similar).

How to decare the network as public? I don’t understand this part.

This is just one of the many possibilities why the connection can fail.
I use Kaspersky and every time I update Docker its network is set to ‘public’ and all the traffic arriving from there is blocked. So I have to go to the settings and switch it to ‘local’ or ‘trusted’ and reconnect the mounted Windows drives.
