Ingredients:
Pol-pala herb includes ervin, methylervin, ervoside, ervolanin, feruloylamides, phenolic acids, flavonoids (tiliroside, coumaroyl-tiliroside, ervitrin, narcissin), triterpenoids, pectin substances, lupeol, kaempferol, oleic acid derivatives and etc. which contain indole alkaloids.

Usage:
200 ml (1 glass) of water is poured over a tablespoon of herb, heated until boiling, cooled, filtered. It is taken in the morning and in the afternoon, 1/3 glass each time. Sugar can be added to cooking. Cooking can be stored in a cool place for 2 days.
