I love this store, aside from the fact that their prices are what you would pay an average retailed Victoria secret swimsuit their customer service is beyond outstanding.


My friend and I were looking for bathing suits for our trip and we spotted this store after having dinner. We had such a great time trying on bathing suits.

Cost: For the bathing suits Its pretty pricy. Again ranges about 60-80 bucks for individual top and bottom. But the designs are to die for. Good quality beautiful styles.

Customer service: again the most amazing customer service I've had in a while. They were attentive. Quick and honest. If something didn't look good.. She would tell me. Which I really appreciated.

Would I go back? Yes!
Would I tell my friends? Already have :)

This sweet spot has happily become my go to shop for the latest & greatest in swimwear & intimates conveniently located in the heart of the fashion district. They never disappoint with their array of well made & stylish suits that they refresh what seems like weekly. The service is refreshing as they never push sales, on the contrary they try to discover your personal sense of style & fit and are honest with their feedback. They are also ahead of their game appealing to the more shy clients with a very successful online store and monthly sales that will keep you returning when in the neighbourhood. Nice to see these ladies showcasing so much style & flava, I wish them ever continued success, I'll be a frequent fan hands down!

They do not tend to carry size xs in swimwear, which is really annoying. Small girls need swimsuits too! I originally ordered a 2pc bikini online, the top which they had in size xs, but the bottom was size s (they don't carry the xs). I thought I would take a shot to see if it would fit, but sure enough the bottoms were too big. I sent the items back, although they have a really short return period, so I ended up getting a store credit. I was fine with the credit, until I realized that they really don't have xs in any of the styles I like. I found a one piece that I liked (Frankies Bikinis - Alex One Piece) so I decided to order it in a size small (the smallest size they had in stock) since I now have this store credit to use up. Once again, it was too big. I then called the store to see if they were able to get a size xs for me, but they have a total lack of customer service. The girl said no right off the bat. Then said "well tell me the style just so I can make sure" before saying "no, definitely not." When I asked the woman on the phone why it says on the website that they will try to locate any style and/or size that they don't have in stock as a special order, she told me that it has to be convenient for them to bring it in. Whatever TF that means. So now I am SOL. I have to once again return a swim suit and I am stuck with a credit that I can't use because I can't find anything that I like and that actually fits me. Really poor customer service. Obviously they don't care because they already got my money since I was late returning after the first purchase. But I will not choose to shop here again. I frequently purchase expensive swimsuits several times a year and I will choose to give my money to another store from now on.

I've gone to Kallone twice and bought things both times. Once was for stick on bra pads and spanx, both which they were able to deliver on. Second time was for a plain bikini bottom, and again I got exactly what I was looking for, though it was the end of summer and swimsuits are harder to find. On both visits the sales attendants were knowledgeable on the products they were selling, and very helpful. Also, since they are selling lingerie, bras, and swimsuits, they provide little disposable thongs for trying on items, and a little chocolate. What a nice touch! So although they definitely have a narrow market on the products they sell, they were the only ones in the area to provide what I needed to run out to get during my lunch break. Good work Kallone!

I ordered several bathing suits online from them a month ago. They never came and they charged me for them. Yesterday I reached out to them to inquire about it. They said they no longer have those items for sale. What a disappointment. So unprofessional. I will never shop there again.
