I'm not one to write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Where do I begin....
After trying to work with a few other realtors, I very fortunately met Steve at a showing. It took no more than a few minutes before I realized I was dealing with who I consider to be the best in the business. He got right to work without hesitation. Our house hunting journey began the moment I met him. Notice I wrote "our" journey, instead of "my" journey... this is because there was not a single moment where I felt I was on my own.
Steve has obviously been doing this for quite some time. He has a process, and simply put... it works. His experience in the world of real estate, combined with a genuine passion and commitment to making people happy, resulted in the most thorough and confident home buying experience I could have ever asked for.
While being "chauffeured" in his mobile office (a new Cadillac Escalade) to every house, 18 to be exact, there were several houses that I thought I "fell in love with". Steve then brought me back to Earth and showed me concerns of his, that my eyes (and lack of home buying experience) would have missed without him. Steve has extensive knowledge in regards to home renovations, and literally taught me many of the "tricks of the trade" that sellers will use to distract your eyes from bigger issues, or to hide them altogether. This man prioritizes his client's LONG TERM happiness much higher than their short term excitement, and in my case that saved me a TON of trouble down the road. Not to mention, when we DID find the right house for me, he wasted absolutely no time to contact the seller's agent, get my offer accepted, and push his attorney (who is also A++) to get us out of attorney review and into the closing process.
I can go on forever about Steve, but there aren't enough words in the English language to accurately portray just how much I appreciate his level of effort and passion to assuring my overall happiness. I will obviously be highly recommending Steve to any and every person I know that is looking for their home, and wants a genuinely caring, compassionate, and selfless realtor to have their back along the way. Thanks again Steve, I couldn't have asked for more.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve when looking for my home. His attention to detail and negotiating skills were second to none. He had our best interest at heart from start to finish. I've bought and sold quite a few homes, and worked with many realtors over the years, but must say I have never worked with someone as well rounded as Steve. Happy to have met him! Jay
