If I can give a 0 I would. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 Star.
I ordered a beautiful flower girl dress for my daughter. Weeks passed by, a Month passed by...and every time I tried asking for update I was told dress was being made or it was out for shipping. 10 days ago I was told to pay extra money for expedited shipping. I paid, ok. Still waiting. Now after I write public messages in her Instagram she tells me the dress was never made. How UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I ordered my daughter's dress in February and it's been 4 months and still no dress. I was in constant communication with them and just recently they had stop responding to any of my messages. They provided a fake tracking number convincing me that the dress was on its way and the delay was due to the pandemic... I've asked for a refund multiple times but they refused. The conversation had gone in circles... to this day.. no dress.. no refund.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience of anything I've ever dealt with and I will forever regret ordering my daughter's dress from this shop for my wedding. I was guaranteed if I ordered within 8 weeks of my wedding that I would have my dress. 10 weeks later I still did not have a dress and it never made it in time for my wedding. The communication was horrible and it was a full time job trying to get a tracking number from anyone. The dresses may be beautiful, but it's NOT worth it!

Please don't waste your money. I bought my flower girl dress in August. Spent a fortune on it. My wedding is in a few days and still no dress. They assured me it would be here middle of September. And now they are going silent with any communication. They realized they messed up middle of October and apologized and said they would have it done in a few days and expedite it for me and I said please and thank you. And now nothing. Not even a response. I'm literally begging them to say anything and nothing. Such a joke. I've never written a bad review in my life no matter how unpleasant an experience was but this is just beyond ridiculous. Meanwhile I went on Etsy and had a dress made for my youngest flower girl it's almost identical to the one that I ordered and I paid a fraction of the price and it showed up in 2 weeks. But now I'm SOL for my nieces dress which erks me so badly.
