Gisele Bündchen is dropping a gem of parenting knowledge.

The supermodel, 43, shared some advice for The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon during her appearance on the show Thursday night, as he prepared for his daughters Winnie Rose, 10, and Frances Cole, 9, to head into their teenage years.

“You wait,” Bündchen teased. "I mean, it's amazing having teenagers and pre-teens, but…”

“A little different?,” Fallon asked, before noting that he didn’t want his relationship with them “to change.”

The model, who shares Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, with ex-husband Tom Brady, 46, told him that “you learn so much” parenting pre-teens and teens.

“The most important thing [is] you have to make time to have conversations, because, I think, you know, they are changing, every day is a whole new world," the supermodel said. “And it’s so important to kind of talk, it's a huge thing.”

She also shared an update on her son, who turned 14-years-old in December. “Benny’s taller than me,” she proudly shared with Fallon.

Bündchen previously noted the height change in an Instagram post dedicated to the teen on his birthday, in which she showed a photo of Benjamin standing taller than her as they stood back-to-back.

"Happy birthday to the sweetest boy! You have the biggest heart and I feel so lucky I get to learn with you everyday. Te amo muito❤️," she shared, also writing the message in Portuguese. "Ps. One day your baby will stand as tall as you are. And you won’t be ready for it."

The Nourish author also opened up about how her children were adjusting to their new normal in the wake of her and Brady’s divorce during a chat with  Robin Roberts, 63, earlier this month.

“I think there are easier days than others but I think it’s amazing that the kids…they’re super smart children. They know what they can get away with," Bündchen said of co-parenting with Brady.

Bündchen said that the kids are adapting to the different rules at the different houses and getting used to that. She added that for right now, she is focusing on “the balance” of things.

"Tom has to have time with them, and I have time with them, which I think is amazing because they get to really experience more enrichment for their lives," the mom continued. "Two different worlds and they get to learn from two different worlds and that’s wonderful for them I think. They're so big."

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights (11:35 p.m. ET) on NBC.
