This paper aims at identifying the level of Corporate Social Responsibility effectiveness in Albanian business context. It explains how Corporate Social Responsibility can make all the difference when it comes to a company’s competitive position. Lately, Albanian businesses have started to become aware of Social Responsibility, but this concept remains vague, and sometimes even unknown for a substantial part of businesses that operate in our country. Moreover, this paper provides an overview of the most typical gender stereotypes and discrimination, including sexual harassment and its effective management in Albanian business context. Finally, the paper ends with the conclusions and recommendations.
