To talk about the Carnival in Italy is to talk about Venice, one of the most famous carnivals in the country. From 31st January, the lagoon city officially kicks off the 2015 Venice Carnival with a calendar of masked events running until February 17th which attracts tourists from all over the world.

Today, we feature a succulent platter of #zuppadipesce (this one is for two). A #smorgasbord of calamari, scallops, shrimps, mussels, clams and salmon chunks accentuating a lobster tail (when available) as the centerpiece. This is prepared in our mild red sauce.
We can also prepare it in brodetto bianco (white sauce) or fra diavolo for a little added kick. Also available over linguini. Have it any way you like it.
