Tongue salad

Description

Ingredients:

1. Herbs;
2. Mayonnaise;
3. Beef tongue;
4. Salt;
5. Pepper;
6. Garlic.

Cooking method:

Boil the tongue until tender, then pour cold water over it and remove the skin. Take the peeled tongue and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Transfer the pieces to a bowl. In a separate pan, sauté the onions and add pepper, salt, and mayonnaise to the sautéed onions, and mix them together. Garnish the prepared salad with chopped green onions.
