Chinuri is a grape best known for its high acidity, hence does extremely well in sparkling wines. Iago's stuff is good stuff. Can't say it really goes out of the box of the Georgian skin-contact style because this is a really light amber - not exceedingly textural or tannic. Orange peel and golden raisins on the nose. Bright acidity and a lemon verbena edge note that really shines. Needs the correct food to roll.
