Actress Sada, who was last seen in Vadivelu’s Eli will soon be facing the arclights for a women-centric project. The film will be directed by Majith, who is best known for his debut film, Thamizhan, starring Vijay and Priyanka Chopra.
Talking about the film, Majith says, “The film will revolve around women and the issues they face. Apart from Sada, another heroine will be cast, and an upcoming actor will be the male lead.” The film will highlight issues like women empowerment, says Majith — “Right from basic problems they face while taking the bus everyday to issues they face at the workplace, the story will be all about women.”
The music of the film will be composed by JV, who worked on the director’s previous Paisa. Majith plans to approach Ilaiyaraaja for the background score, once the film is made.
The yet-to-be-titled film, produced by Majith himself will have a supporting ensemble including choreographer Sujatha, Imman Annachi and Ravi Maria.
