I ordered 1/4 cup of milk kefir grains. They arrived well packed, in a timely manner. Upon arrival, in the late afternoon, I put the grains in a 1 quart jar, and filled it most of the way with raw milk. By ten o'clock this morning the kefir was already forming and tastes great. I really appreciate being able to purchase this larger amount, as most sellers are offering very small quantities. These grains are everything I hoped they would be, and I am confident that they will expand over time.
