Whether you are seeking clarity within your personal life, wanting to improve relationships or needing guidance in navigating life transitions, I invite you to embark on your journey of empowerment, transformation and wholeness. I work with clients from all walks of life, helping to break through limitations, conquer obstacles and strengthen awareness. I incorporate my years of experience in supporting individuals and families with challenges relating to anxiety, depression, grief and trauma/PTSD.

My therapeutic approach infuses integrative, holistic and client-focused interventions to promote reflection, understanding and empowerment. My clinical journey with clients consists of healing past trauma, utilizing exploration of inner self and clarifying the impacts of relational functionality.

My therapeutic style is authentic, flexible and purpose-driven. Within the first few sessions, we will explore past history, relational dynamics and assess levels of self-awareness. You can expect to utilize effective coping skills to help regulate emotions, build mastery within your overall quality of life and enhance intentional understanding of your right to reconnect with yourself.
