Hi! I am a Christian Counselor who strives to walk alongside you on your journey to health and healing. I use a variety of approaches and techniques tailored to you in order for you to find hope, connection, and restoration in the most challenging of struggles. I specialize in walking individuals through depression, anxiety, or complex trauma and helping couples find connection through communication challenges, sex therapy, and affair recovery. I bring an embodied approach to therapy so we will make a lot of space for how your emotions, physical body, and spirit are all connected.
