Ingredients for Manto Recipe

  • 800 gram Minced Meat
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Big Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1.50 teaspoon Black pepper
  • As required Ghee Oil
  • As required Side Dip – Mix All Together
  • 3/4 teaspoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 5 tablespoon Water
  • As required Cumin Powder For Garnish

Directions: Manto Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, add flour, one tsp salt and add ¾ water to flour, combine until firm.

step 2

  • STEP 1.In a separate bowl, add minced meat, onions, 1 tsp salt, one tsp black pepper.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Flatten lemon size dough, add one tbsp of meat mixture. Fold ends and stick the edges.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Coat a steam pot with clarified butter oil, and cook manto for forty-five minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Serve with cumin powder wet on high with vinegar aspect dip.
