Fees £9,250 for home/EU students. International students pay £12,500.
Bursaries Hardship funding: means-tested bursaries for students in financial difficulties. Students can apply in any year and in multiple years. There is no minimum or maximum number of awards: awards are made based on a percentage value of the evidenced need and this is flexed depending on the demand. The budget for 2021-22 was £159,000.
Care Leavers and estranged student bursaries: a grant of £2000 per year for care leavers and £1000 per year for estranged students.
Sport Performance Scholarships, dependant on application and level of sport achieved.
Financial support for placements: to support students with travel costs to placements and is dependent on location and need.
Going Places bursaries: these bursaries support students with travel abroad or other employability goals, including additional qualifications, interview travel support or projects. Students apply through making a convincing business case and they are awarded based on quality of application.
Accommodation The university guarantees either a room on campus or in off-site university approved accommodation to all first year undergraduate, postgraduate and progression students. Rooms cost from £99 per week to £120 per week.
