Villa Kacis is a large newly refurbished and modernised luxurious 4 bedroom villa offering a contemporary feel with beautifully furnished interior spaces.Outside there is a covered alfresco dining area, large private pool with graduated steps for easy entry and exit, spacious sun terraces with cushioned loungers and parasols.

Large private walled gardens and tiled areas.Ground Floor consists of an open plan living space that includes a well-equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances, dining and seating areas.

We stayed at Villa Kacis and WOW what a place!
The villa was even better than in the pictures online and then having a private pool with fantastic, undisturbed views was a great place to chill out during the day and have BBQ's.
It is a short walk/drive down back into town.
I would not hesitate in recommending Villa Kacis, we had one of the BEST holidays in Kalkan.

Villa Kacis newly renovated and panoramic views
This was our first time to Kalkan and it wont be our last. After a hectic 2022 we enjoyed the opportunity to totally chill out and relax in this gorgeous villa.
The villa is clean, tidy, spacious and airy. We found the bed comfortable and indeed all the furniture and fittings were of a very high standard. I also have to say the air conditioning units are extremely efficient. The owners have thought of everything to make the villa perfect. There is everything you could possibly need, right down to the fridge on the spacious roof terrace! The views from the villa are superb. The patio and pool areas are lovely and the sunbeds are 'mighty comfy'.
We are certainly looking forward to our next visit.

7 days in paradise
An amazing vills with stunning views across the bay. Kalkan has so much to offer... a Thursday market and shops to explore, beach clubs to relax and enjoy a leisurely lunch, but the highlight for us was the all day boar trip providing the opportunity to swim in the clear turquoise waters. Then returning to the villa to enjoy a drink on the top terrace and watch the sun go down.

Relaxing time in Kalkan
We had 2 excellent weeks in Kalkan, a great location overlooking the village, with taxis on hand to take you there and back (very cheap). Plenty of space at the villa to spread around, lots of sun beds to relax by the pool or choice of terraces to enjoy the view. Kalkan has many excellent restaurants and bars to choose from, well worth a visit.

Villa Kacis definitely has the WOW factor
We are a family of 4 adults, just returning after a fabulous 10 day holiday in Kalkan. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It offered everything we needed and more! The bedrooms are all very spacious with comfortable beds and the air conditioning is very efficient. The views from Villa Kacis are breath-taking day and night. The pool is perfect for keeping cool and the sun beds are comfortable with 3 large parasols to provide shade, when the heat is too much. The location is perfect, just a short walk away are supermarkets, green grocers, butchers. The Thursday market is also worth a visit! A taxi down to the harbour is no more than the cost of a StarBucks coffee and can be booked by WhatsApp. There is plenty to do in Kalkan. We hired a boat for the day from Aristos Water Sports. They provided an ice box so we took a picnic and drinks and explored the many bays around the area, stopping to cool off with a swim in the sea.
We also arrange a private kayaking trip with Abbey Travel based in Kas. Mr Alcan was our guide for the day and we explored the Kekova Sunken City, stopping for an amazing lunchbefore kayking back to Kekova marina.
If you are looking to book a villa in Kalkan, and Villa Kacis is available, my recommendation is book it before it goes!

Fabulous villa with amazing attention to detail
A fabulous villa with amazing attention to detail to make it a perfect holiday. Cant stress how much we loved it and will most definitely be back to Villa Kacis.
There is so much to do and explore in Kalkan. Some of our favourite things to do were:
- Arcadia Spa turkish bath and massages
- Atlas boat trip mud baths and snorkeling
- Patara Beach Club, with horse riding on the beach
- Kalkan Beach Club relaxing and fun in the sea

The villa is very well positioned with a view of the attractive bay of Kalkan from all the rooms. The bedrooms are very well equipped with plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with all that one would need along with a spacious sitting area and dining area. Very luxurious. Large patio with stunning views of the sea, gorgeous pool and plenty of space for sun beds.
Outdoor dining area has great views, perfect for breakfast.
We shall be returning to Kalkan very soon!
