I only recommend this to those whose under stand how to cook outdoors and how to cook with wood as there are no how long to cook times or preheat the oven to... Although it is a great basics on cooking for those who under stand how to cook and it make meals more simple based on individual ingredients. And spices plus realize tou are cooking measurement are in pounds and oz vs cups and tablespoons so please understand it is not a today book plus you need to learn how the old style writing is as some words do not read properly it read as the letters from the 1700s are different
